This apartment is absolutely stunning! It has been recently renovated and the result is nothing short of jaw-dropping. The view of the lake from the apartment is simply mind-blowing. The bed and couches are incredibly comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The rain shower adds a luxurious touch, and the laundry facilities are definitely a perk. The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or Prosecco, with a cozy little table. Another amazing aspect is that the host, Mark, has thought of everything you could possibly want or need. He even has a hot tub and fire pit at his own apartment, which overlooks the lake. And if that's not enough, he also offers a three-hour sailboat tour with charcuterie and wine for a very reasonable price. Mark truly goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and treated us like family. He took us on a tour of the area, made us lunch, and even brought us to his friends' wine shops. We felt incredibly welcomed and had a memorable time. If you want to experience Como like a local, this is the place to stay. We can't wait to come back and see our new friend again. The location is also great, very close to Bellagio, with a shuttle service into town that saves you from dealing with parking. We also appreciated the option to pre-stock the fridge, although we didn't take advantage of it. Despite arriving late at night due to travel delays, Mark happily accommodated us. The room itself was beautiful, and the deck provided a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view. The apartment had everything we needed, including good air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and a very comfortable bed. Mark was an exceptional host, always in touch with us through WhatsApp to make sure we had everything we needed. He even drove us into Bellagio to show us around and provide helpful tips. His restaurant recommendations were fabulous, and he even drove us into Bellagio and picked us up so we didn't have to worry about driving. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing, and it only took a few minutes to walk to the lake for a swim. This place truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We cannot recommend it enough.

it's an ideal base for 3 guests. nice to have climate control, pay tv and a fridge available.
